Our run school is designed for runners, no matter the ability, who want to be stronger runners. During the course we will focus on areas often overlooked and build your running body. Throughout 6 week course we will work on strength, form and endurance. You will acquire additional skills and knowledge on how to maintain and improve base fitness that will allow you to keep bulding on once the course has finished.

I cannot say enough good things about TeamBR, it’s members and Steve Portess as a coach who honestly isn’t driven by membership revenues, he just works to help each and everyone of us to become better, stronger runners.
